What trades does Tradeflo work for?

Do I need any tech skills?

None at all. We build and manage everything. You just answer the phone when leads come in.

What's the setup fee for?

The setup fee covers the actual build work — custom Next.js site coded for your trade, county-level SEO across every county you serve, GBP setup, mobile-first design, dashboard wiring, integrations (Stripe, WhatsApp, calendar sync). That's days of real engineering work per client. It's a one-time fee, paid at sign-up, and it's how Tradeflo can offer the monthly subscription at a price tradesmen can actually afford.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. No long-term contract. You give 30 days' notice and the subscription stops. Your site stays online for the notice period, then the county/trade seat opens up for the next tradesman to claim. The site itself is custom code we built for you — if you cancel, you don't keep the site live on Tradeflo's infrastructure, but you don't owe anything beyond what's already been paid.

What happens if I don't get 10 leads in 90 days?

It's both — a money-back AND a build commitment. If we don't deliver 10 qualified leads to your dashboard in 90 days, you get half your setup fee back AND we keep building free until you hit 10. Qualified means AI-filtered: real person, in your area, asking about your trade, with a working contact. Brand new domain? The window extends to 150 days because organic SEO takes time to warm up — we tell you that upfront, not in the small print. The only thing we ask: log into the dashboard at least weekly so you can mark leads as contacted, quoted, won or lost — otherwise we can't tell if the system is working.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect at the next billing cycle and unlock the new tier's features within 72 hours. Downgrades take effect at the start of the following month. Founding-rate clients keep their founding rate at any tier they move into (rare upside — most SaaS resets price on tier change).

What does the county exclusivity actually mean?

One plumber, one electrician, one roofer per county. Never two of the same trade. Locked while you stay subscribed. Once you sign up as a [your trade] in [your county], no other tradesman of that trade can join Tradeflo in that county — but a plumber and an electrician can both work the same county, because they're not competing for the same jobs. We verify and enforce this manually — it's the structural moat of the model. If you're an electrician in Kildare, no other Kildare electrician can sign up on any tier while you're a client. Your competitors literally can't buy what you bought.

What about V2 — the 45+ automations shipping Q4 2026?

Starter and Growth clients get a discounted upgrade path to V2 features when they ship. Founding clients on any tier get first refusal on V2 pricing — we'll never sell V2 access to a new client at a lower price than a founding client pays. I'm not technical — is that a problem?
