The first qualification question is scope: 'wall tiling (kitchen splashback / bathroom wall) / floor tiling (kitchen / bathroom / hallway) / wet room / full bathroom tile / external patio / pool surround / decorative feature wall'. Each has its own m² rate and prep requirements. By the time the lead lands you know exactly what you're tiling.
