Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Tradeflo services (including tradeflo.ie, the Tradeflo dashboard, and all associated tools and automations), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Tradeflo Ireland Ltd ("Tradeflo", "we", "us") provides digital marketing infrastructure — websites, SEO, lead capture, and AI-powered follow-up — exclusively for tradespeople operating in Ireland.

2. Service Description

Tradeflo provides:

• A professionally designed, trade-specific website
• Local SEO optimisation across Irish counties
• AI-powered lead follow-up via WhatsApp, SMS, and email
• A lead management dashboard
• Google Business Profile management
• Automated review collection

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. One tradesman per trade per county is permitted. County exclusivity is granted on a first-come, first-served basis and is enforced for the duration of your active subscription.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Prices are in Euro (€) and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice.
• No refunds are issued for partial months unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Tradeflo reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. County Exclusivity

Tradeflo guarantees that only one tradesperson per trade category per county will be accepted on the platform at any given time. This exclusivity is maintained for the duration of your active, paid subscription. If your subscription lapses, your county spot may be offered to another tradesperson in your trade.

5. Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate business information for setup.
• You are responsible for ensuring your business is legally registered and insured.
• You must not use Tradeflo to promote illegal services.
• You grant Tradeflo permission to use your business name and results in case studies and marketing materials, unless you opt out in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All website designs, copy, and automation systems built by Tradeflo remain the intellectual property of Tradeflo Ireland Ltd until your account is fully paid and in good standing. Upon cancellation, Tradeflo retains ownership of the underlying system and templates; any custom assets created solely for your business will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tradeflo is a marketing platform. We cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead volumes, or search engine rankings, as these depend on factors outside our control (Google algorithm changes, local competition, market demand, etc.). Our liability is limited to the monthly subscription fee paid in the prior month.

8. Termination

Tradeflo reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the Tradeflo platform. In cases of material breach, termination may be immediate without refund.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
