4. Governing law & jurisdiction
All use of tradeflo.ie and Tradeflo services is governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of our services, save where mandatory local consumer law gives you additional rights in the EU member state where you live.
5. Online dispute resolution (EU consumers)
Consumers resident in the EU can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We're a B2B service — most of our buyers aren't consumers — but this disclosure is required.
